The creaton of Old Town Center for the Art’s was the life long dream of Dolores and Sean Hart. It was meant to be a center where artists from Pocatello and surrounding areas could meet and work and sell their art.
Sean and Dolores were enticed to Pocatello by Stan and Sharon Gates who own Gates City Fine Arts across the street on Center. Together they have made a great addition to the revitalization of Old Town.
With the purchase of the vacant Alliance Title Building at 312 West Center Street work is now 90% completed with the available in house artist studios filling up. This 26,000 square foot has been transformed into an elegant ballroom with a stage for live music and theatrical performances, five seperate art galleries, retail and jewelry stores, dance and art classrooms, a food court and beer and wine bar, private meeting and dining rooms, 12 artists studios, with all or parts of both floor used for fundraisers, weddings and wedding receptions, private parties, busness meetings, etc. Bridal changing room and grooms nervous waiting room available.
