We have reached an impasse where we can no longer have an Art Center as there is not enough business In Old Town. Without the ability to serve food and beverages we cannot afford to keep our doors open. Your city officials have produced an atmosphere where very few want to shop Downtown. They are emptying out the Malls. Gottschalks is the latest. Where do you ladies shop for things like perfume? Right, Idaho Falls. We have met and worked with a lot of wonderful people in Old Town. We will miss the chance to help rebuild it. We will come back through here some day and see how you are doing. Best of luck,
